Our tours are fun, informative, flexible and personal.
We offer daily small group tours ( guest pick-ups from Blenheim or Picton) with no rigid timetables. Enjoy some International award-winning wines (Best Pinot Noir in the World, 2019, World champion Sparkling Wine 2020, World’s best Sauvignon Blanc) and sample the delicious fare created by our wineries for a relaxing lunch, surrounded by vines. Boutique breweries and an artisan chocolate factory are also a favoured visit for our guests.
Your Hosts
Bruce
In 2004 Bruce and his brother, Peter, purchased a 150ha sheep and cattle holding, in Waipara, North Canterbury, NZ. Their intention was to develop the land into a premium wine producer. Twenty years later their dreams have been met. Greystone Wines is internationally recognised and has won awards and accolades world-wide.
Bruce was intrinsically involved in site selection and every step of the consequent journey, to create Greystone Wines into what it is today. As your tour guide, Bruce loves to share his expansive expertise and wide knowledge of grape growing and wine making: his absolute passion. During the tour with Bruce you have the opportunity to learn as much, or as little, as you choose about the wine industry in Marlborough.
Marsley
Marsley has lived in Marlborough for many years, where she raised her family on a sheep and cattle farm. She has a great love of the rural and beautiful aspect of the area. Being a “people” person she loves meeting and interacting with tour guests and sharing Marlborough stories.
